Based on the Oscar-winning movie, PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT the Musical is the heart-warming, uplifting adventure of three friends who hop aboard a battered old bus searching for love and friendship and end up finding more than they could have ever dreamed of.
With a dazzling array of over 500 award-winning costumes, 200 extraordinary head-dresses and a hit parade of dancefloor favourites, this wildly fresh and funny musical is a journey to the heart of FABULOUS!
Jason Donovan’s popularity in the UK has sustained throughout the years with his stage appearances in ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’, as Frank N Furter in ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ and as Caractacus Potts in ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’. First coming to the public’s attention in Neighbours in the mid 80’s, Jason Donovan returned to the UK’s screen in 2006 when he took part in ‘I’m A Celebrity get Me Out Of Here’ and most recently alongside Martine McCutcheon in ITV1’s docusoap ‘Echo Beach’
Jason returns with Priscilla in the role of Mitzi Del Bra.
