Although the show is closely based on the 2013 production, there are some significant changes that I’m sure audiences will love. We wanted to take this opportunity, the first major revival, to deliver a production that’s even more thrilling than before. Ella and I have spent the last two years working on revisions to the script, Olly Fox (composer) has been joined by orchestrator Jason Carr to deliver an almost entirely new score, and there are new scenes, greater flying sequences and even more thrilling fights. All will combine in a show that I hope will capture the imagination, move us and amuse us in equal measure, but most importantly, allow a whole new generation to experience and connect with JM Barrie’s original story in an immediate and thrilling way.’
