TAKE A TRIP DOWN SUNSET BOULEVARD THIS MONTH AT SHEFFIELD THEATRES

Experience Andrew Lloyd Webber’s TONY-award winning masterpiece Sunset Boulevard at the Lyceum from Monday 23 – Saturday 28 April.

In her mansion on Sunset Boulevard, faded silent-screen goddess Norma Desmond lives in a fantasy world. Impoverished screen writer Joe Gillis, on the run from debt collectors, stumbles into her reclusive world and is seduced by her luxurious lifestyle. When his love for another woman leads him to try and break free, dramatic consequences ensue.

Starring West End legend Ria Jones as Norma Desmond, and Danny Mac (Strictly, Hollyoaks) as Joe Gillis, this Golden Age musical promises to be a night of glamour and spectacle. Featuring much-loved songs including: Sunset Boulevard, With One Look, As If We Never Said Goodbye, The Greatest Star of All and The Perfect Year.

Sunset Boulevard comes to the Lyceum Theatre from Monday 23 – Saturday 28 April.  Tickets can be purchased from Sheffield Theatres’ Box Office in-person, by phone on 0114 249 6000 or online at sheffieldtheatres.co.uk
