Christmas may be over for another year but the critically acclaimed Red Riding Hood Rock ‘n’ Roll Pantomime is running at City Varieties Music Hall until Sunday 12 January 2020. “Oh, no it isn’t”, “Oh, yes it is”!
A very different format to the traditional Christmas pantomime, the Rock ’n’ Roll Panto has become a must-see for both children and adults alike. The soundtrack, played live on stage by a supremely talented cast of actor-musicians, features hits from well-known bands and artists, including Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and Metallica. Expect familiar characters, corny jokes and the legendary ‘boulder battle’ in a show that is guaranteed to have you rockin’ in your seats.
